Our style focuses on becoming one with our bodies internal force through the art of breathing. Western culture and medicine practically ignores this natural vitality and energy. The art of breathing can benefit everybody, young and old, by amplifying and enhancing the bodies natural rhythms and cycles. For the martial artist, the development of this internal force can bring unhuman strengh, power and agility and can be applied to any martial art style to improve it's effectiveness.

I was introduced to Wing Chung Kung Fu in 1973 but didn't follow through with the style. 

Now at age 60, I have been with American Gung Fu practicing six styles of Kung Fu of which Chi Kung 'The Art of Breathing' has put it all together for me.  I study every book I can find on Chi Kung but nothing puts it more clear than the actual application as we learn it from Grand Master Floyd Mims.

I am more confident, alert and ready to handle any situation that comes up.  Chi Kung for me is now a way of life.  All of the applications and results are consistent  with that of  'magnetic energy'.  I'm 60 and feel and perform with the energy and flexibility of a 30 year old.
